Refund and Exchange Policy
Conditions of return and exchange:
1. Within 30 days after customer received the product
2.Brand new without damage
3.Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address and don't return the item to the address listed on our webiste.

What should you provide?
1.Click to Contact Us. Send your Order Number and some photos including the external packing to our customer service, we will be very appreciated if you can write down your return reason.
2.Write down You Order Number on the paper and put it in the parcels for quick return.
Time required for refund and exchange
Exchange:We will prepare the new items that you need to exchange and deliver them within 3 days after we receive you return parcel.
Refund:Within 1-3 working days after we receive your return parcel.
If you placed the order by Paypal , you will probably receive the refund within 2-3 working days.
If you placed the order by credit card , you will probably receive the refund within 7-14 working days.
Cost:
During the transaction, if there is no quality problem with the product, the logistics costs incurred should be borne by the customer when the customer needs to return or replace the product,
Note:
(1)Please keep the original package and all information as well as an evidence for us to confirm your items.
Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package.
(2)If a customer return a product without our permission ,we are afraid your case would not be accepted .
We do not accept the exchange or canceling when your package is in the transit.If there is such a demand, please try to contact our customer service before delivery

Unconditionally refund accepted for wrong items.
We offer full refund on any product that is clearly faulty or damaged due to our fault.
